I offer both in person and virtual! My office is located in Wayne, New Jersey. If you're further away but know we are a good fit we can still work together virtually through a HIPPA compliant platform. You'll be able to have your visit from the comfort of your own home without the hassle of coming into an office, allowing for more flexibility and accountability.
Yes, you can set up a singular session but a single appointment or two will not allow you the time to make the long lasting change I encourage my clients to use all follow ups and some decide to pay privately when insurance no longer covers their visits. I also offer different programs that include yoga and meal planning services. My goal is to set you up for success so you can implement the strategies and achieve your goals. In addition with family nutrition, it’s important to build a a comfortable and trusting relationships with your children which does not happen after just one session. We'll get you or your family to your goals step by step and I'll be there every step of the way and to help keep you accountable. I'm here to guide and support you.

This platform will be your “home base” where everything will be housed so that communicating will be easy! If you are in the state of New Jersey, I accept insurance with Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield, United Health Care, Aetna and Cigna. Out of state no problem we can still meet virtually and I am I am happy to offer a superbill that you can submit to your insurance for out of network costs and I do accept FSA or HSA. Please note - yoga services are not covered by insurance.
